This email serves as official notice of the March Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, March 5th, 2026.

The meeting will be held in person at the Seattle Yacht Club (SYC) with a Zoom option available for those attending remotely. Yacht Club Officers and RBAW Delegates are welcome and encouraged to attend!

⚠️ Please note: We must have a minimum of 20 in-person attendees in order to hold the meeting at SYC. If we do not meet that threshold, the meeting will be held via Zoom only. Your RSVP truly matters.

• Social hour begins at 5:00 PM in the Heritage Room

• Meeting called to order at 6:00 PM

• No-host dinner served shortly after

The board packet (agenda, minutes, reports, etc.) will be compiled and distributed prior to the meeting.

RBAW Board Members, Committee Chairs, and anyone submitting reports or materials, please send them to Gwen at admin@rbaw.org no later than Thursday, February 26th for inclusion in the board packet.

Please RSVP by Wednesday, February 25th at 4:00 PM for in-person attendance at SYC (to be included in the dinner count), or anytime for Zoom attendance.

Our monthly board meetings provide the forum where we make meaningful progress on recreational boating issues and advance the work of RBAW. Thank you in advance for your participation — and for helping us reach the in-person attendance threshold.
